A Nashville native and former collegiate athlete, Nelson joined HBRE in 2022. With commercial real estate experience for a national firm, he brings a wealth of brokerage expertise. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from East Tennessee State University.

Outside of the office you will find Nelson spending time with his wife Caroline and daughter Darcy, and watching the Atlanta Braves.
