Kelly Neel was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, and attended Florida State University. Neel relocated to Nashville in the summer of 2023. Prior to moving, Kelly worked for an Atlanta-based firm where she had a successful brokerage career. She was a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board’s Million Dollar Club for three consecutive years, totaling over $5M in transactions each year.

Kelly was responsible for assisting healthcare clients in finding suitable properties to run their practices from; as well as assisting landlords in marketing their properties to attract qualified medical tenants and/or buyers. She uses her organizational skills to deliver the best resources for her clients, while her people skills solidify their relationships.

Outside of the office, you can find Kelly visiting family in Florida, hiking, or studying the latest fashion trends.
