Real Estate Manager

Fort Richardson is a commercial real estate professional with deep experience across leasing strategy, transaction execution, and market intelligence. He currently serves as Real Estate Manager at HBRE, where he manages lease negotiations, acquisitions, renewals, and performance tracking for healthcare assets across the portfolio—ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

Before joining HBRE, he served as an Associate at Lee & Associates Nashville, where he combined brokerage expertise with data-driven market analysis to support clients across leasing and investment decisions.

Earlier, Fort was a Sales Associate at CoStar Group, the leading provider of commercial real estate data and analytics. There, he worked closely with landlords, brokers, and institutional clients, leveraging market data to inform strategy and drive value.

Prior to CoStar, he spent nearly three years as an Industrial Broker at Avison Young in Chicago, completing over 800,000 square feet of lease and sale transactions. He managed client relationships on both the landlord and tenant sides, led business development initiatives, conducted financial and market due diligence, and supported deal execution from prospecting through closing.

Fort began his career at LexisNexis, where he managed a $2.3M book of business and advised Fortune 500 clients on legal and compliance solutions. This early experience laid the foundation for his strengths in contract negotiation, client service, and strategic communication.

A Nashville native, Fort graduated from Pope John Paul II High School and earned his B.A. in Public Relations and Marketing from the University of Dayton. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Tennessee and remains active in the local community through his volunteer work with Room In The Inn.
