Rachael is a Nashville native from Brentwood, TN. She boasts 8 years of extensive experience in commercial real estate, specializing in Industrial, Retail, Healthcare, and Office projects.

Prior to joining HBRE, Rachael held pivotal positions on Amazon’s Global Realty team, where she was instrumental in managing due diligence processes, creating and implementing best practices for her transactions team, and executing new acquisitions and renewals.

Rachael graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science in Retail and Consumer Sciences, and a Minor in Business Administration. In her free time, Rachael enjoys exploring Nashville’s newest restaurants with her husband, Conner, taking her dog Oliver to the park, and spending time in 30A Florida.
